खुद से मुलाकात - मन की बात नेहा के साथ

अपने ही कई पहलू से अनजान होते है हम | खुद को ही समझने में उम्र कट जाती है | हर पहलू कुछ न कुछ सीखा कर ही जाता है, और यकीनन हमें हमारे नए रूप से मिलवा जाता है !!

इसमें कोई दोराये नहीं कि आप और मैं हर दिन बदल रहे है, अलग अलग परिस्तिथियों में खुद की खुद से मुलाकात जारी है !! कुछ चुनौतियां भी जरुरी होती है जो आईना समान होती है, ऐसा आईना जो प्रतिरूप है दिल, मन और दिमाग का !! जिन चुनौतियों के लिए हम त्यार ही नहीं है, वहां अपने ही नए रूप से मुलाकात होती है, हमारी किसी परिस्तिथि में क्या प्रतिकिर्या रहती है, वो प्रतिकिर्या ही तो "हम" है !! वही प्रतिकिर्या ही तो हमारा रूप है .......!!

अक्सर अनजान लम्हे ही तो हमें स्वयं से परिचित करवा जाते है....| जो पल ख़ुशी देते है, कुछ अपने से लगते है | पर खुद से परिचित तो अक्सर अनजान लम्हे ही करवा जाते है !!

कभी कभी एक माँ अपने छोटे से बच्चे को संभालती, अपने धैरीत रूप से मुलाकात करती है !! बच्चे के मन की बात आसानी से समझ जाती है | खुद में इतना बदलाव और इतना धैर्य देख, अपने ही नए रूप पर हैरान होती है, ये उसके अपने धैरीत रूप से मुलाकात होती है !!

एक बहु घर को संभालती हुई, अपने सक्षम रूप से मुलाकात करती है, खुद के ही इस नए गुण से मिल, अपने पर मान करती है !! ये उसके अपने सक्षम रूप से मुलाकात होती है !!

एक बेटा जब अपने माता-पिता की बेफिक्री वाली ठंडी छाव से अपने कदम बहार निकालता हुआ जिम्मेदार बनता है, तो अपने ही जिम्मेदार रूप पर नाज़ हो जाता है !! ये उसकी अपने नए रूप से मुलाकात होती है !!

एक बेटी जब अपने दिल से अपने माँ-बाप के इज्जत की डोर बांध लेती है, एक अलग खुद को वो मन के आईने में देखती है !! एक नया रूप उसका उसको हैरान कर जाता है, उसी की उससे एक मुलाकात करवा जाता है !!

ऐसे कई रूप हम सब के है जिससे शायद हम खुद ही अनजान है, अलग परिस्तिथिया काफी है , हमारी खुद की खुद से मुलाक़ात करवाने के लिए !!

आगे भी कई पहलुओं में, जाने कितने मोड़ आएंगे 

जाने कितनी गहरी छाप, हमपे छोड़ जाएंगे 

वो पहलू शायद हमसे, हमारी मुलाकात करवा जाएंगे 

और हम खुद को पहले से ज्यादा समझ पाएंगे 

ये तो यूँ ही चलता जाएगा जब तक मोड़ आएंगे 

बदलाव यूँ ही आएगा, खुद को पहचानने में लम्बा वक़्त कट जाएगा 

खुद से खुद की मुलाकात का मज़ा भी तभी आएगा.....!!

Our Meeting To Ourself

We are unaware of our own aspects. Age is passing in understanding itself. Every aspect goes through learning something, and of course we are introduced to our new form !!

There is no denying that you and I are changing every day, our own meeting is going on in different circumstances !! Some challenges are also necessary, which is similar to a mirror, a mirror that is a reflection of heart, mind !! The challenges for which we are not ready, we get to meet our own new form, what is the our response in any of our circumstances, that response is "we" !! That response is our form ....... !!

Often unknown moments are introduced to us…. The moments that make you happy, some are attached to themselves. But familiar to myself, often unknown moments are done.

Sometimes a mother takes care of her little child, meeting her in a charitable way !! The mind of the child is easily understood. Seeing so much change and so much patience in herself, she is surprised at her new form, it is meeting of her to herself in a way !!

Handling a multi house work, she meets her competence, meets this new quality of her own, believes in herself !! It is a meeting of her own ability !!

When a son becomes responsible for taking out his footsteps from the cold canopy of his parents' shadow, he becomes proud of his own responsible form !! It meets him in his new form !!

When a daughter ties her parents' respect to her heart, she sees herself in the mirror of a different self !! A new look surprises him, he gets a meeting with her !!

There are many such forms for all of us, perhaps we ourselves are unaware, different circumstances are enough, to meet our own selves !!
